NEW Returning 'Number' of 'Days' or 'Weeks' or 'Months' with # and text / number of employ

Hi

Further to my previous query regarding returning 'Number' of 'Hrs', 'Days', 'Weeks' etc. I am looking to divide the actual hours by 'Persons', so in theory a 16hr job becomes '2 Days' if there is '1 Person' inserted in column J or '1 Days' if there is '2 Persons'.

The formula I'm looking to amend is in cells J7 and J8. My intentions are to adjust this manually per job, as each job will differ substantially.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!

how can i get it to returns Hrs at the top of the vLookup table....so if you have a job thanks goes for 8hrs, which is 1 day, but you increase the number of persons to 2 so it should take 4hrs.....any ideas?
