    Using CF to show upcoming due dates (in color)

    Greetings,

    I have been searching these forums trying to find out how to use CF for what I need. I haven't seen exactly what I need. I got it to work with individual cells, but can't figure out to apply it for all cells from F3 to AX50 without doing each cell individually. Any help will be very much appreciated. So the date completed is what is entered into the spreadsheet and each individuals date will be different.

    Ex)
    Date training completed: 2-Feb-12
    Date Training Due: 2-Feb-13
    Green Days: 2-Feb-12 to 3-Dec-12 =AND(ISNUMBER(F3),F3>TODAY()-305)
    Yellow Days: 4-Dec-12 to 26-Jan-13 =AND(ISNUMBER(F3),F3>TODAY()-358,J1<=TODAY()-305)
    Red Days: 27-Jan-13 until completed again. =AND(ISNUMBER(F3),F3<=TODAY()-358)

    Make your conditions apply to the entire range F3:AX50 - Manage Rules - Edit rules - Modify the " apply to" range
