    IF Then Statement With %

Hello. I am attempting to create a working document. I want to create an IF Then statement using a percentage. So if the % of penetration is above 20% then a different rate needs to be paid Cell F4 if above 40% the E5 needs to be used and the total revenue should calculate in column H. I'm not sure how to do this. Please let me know if anyone can assist on this

Change column C to the minimum at each level, 0,20%,40%,60% etc

    Then, =VOOKUP(whatevercell, $C$3:$F$10, 4)

    Does that work for you?
