    Formula to measure Fatigue

    I am trying to link a Fatigue score into the daily roster. example. When i change the shift if updates the score. Does anyone have a formula to measure Fatigue?

    could be anything, this description is far to vague.

    im guessing from what you say something like this:

    =IF(A1="Nights",2,IF(A1="lates",1.5,1))

    where A1 is the cell with your shift reference
