From rows 33 to 44, you have row 33 formatted as % as the other rows as normal and then using all rows in graph series. I'd convert all those to % and see if that helps you. You'll also need to modify your fixed axies values (remember fixing at 45 is 4500%). Hope that helps

In this application I don't want to use the the row that is coming up on the graph... I already have the formula the gives me the 2 answers I need in cells F48 and F49. So how do I get rid of what is already there and make the graph show the cross point of those 2 cells?
Okay, first I went to your Courseness/Workability Graph and modified both axes with a minimum of 0, max of 1 with Number in Percentage and no decimal places. To do that, click on the graph and then right click on the individual axes and "Format axes"Then with the graph still selected, go to the Design Tab of your ribbon and "Select Data" You can delete the old series if you wish and then "Add" and enter a series name, click and point for your x and y values.
Attached result.
