Formula to answer if a row does not have ALL Positive+ numbers or All Negative- numbers

Can anyone come up with a way to

I have tons of rows of data, and would like to find if there are outliers in terms of the sign +/-

Is there any way to add a new column to answer whether a number(s) in that row does not match the sign of all other values?
