Looking up and reporting cell data if data from different cell is greater than 20

    Here's a tricky one if it's possible...
This is a formula that will go into Sheet2 but is based off of Sheet1 data.
    Sheet1:
    M4 has a formula reporting a number.
C4 has a designated number for that whole row (this number is made without regard to the actual row number on the spreadsheet FYI)
    Sheet2:
What I want is a formula to go into sheet2 that looks at the number in M4 (from sheet1). If that number is greater than 20, I would like the number from C4 (from sheet1) to be reported in the cell where the formula will go.

Also, I'd like to learn how to do this stuff on my own eventually. I'm very intermediate which means I'm familiar with formulas, can make very basic ones, and can operate Excel in a business setting. Is there a site you would recommend I read to advance my skills? Again, love the forum and very appreciative of the help!
