    Single cell doing multiple things?

I think I want way too much out of Excel 2003.

I have a cell that already contains a formula that gives a result based upon calculation with other cells. Formula is visible when cell is clicked in attachment. The current displayed value of the cell is shown below the cell for reference only and is not part of the sheet.

I need this cell to do two other things.
    1. I need it to round up the calculated value to the next whole number.
    2. I need for it to compare its results to a static number and then display the correct value based upon =IF(A1>=D1,A1,D1)
So basically if A1 is greater or equal to D1 show the value of A1, If not show the value of D1.

Is this possible or am I asking way to much of this poor program?

    Thanks
    Dennis

do you mean something like in A1
    =MAX(ROUNDUP(((B13-B22)/100)*50/B29,0),D1)
