Heat Mapping by row for a table of information (or a pivot table)

Hi All,
I have a table of data like the one on the left side in the attachment (only much bigger), and I want to apply heat mapping to the entire table, quickly, but i want each row to have it's own heat mapping. In other words, i don't want the heat mapping to apply to the entire table (like the center table in the attachment), i want it to look like the table in the attachment on the right side. Is there a quick way to do this (other than applying heat mapping for each row over and over again?
