1st post so apologies if this has been asked before!
I have 2 workbooks, 1 called month, the 2nd called people.
I need 'month' to read data from 'people'.
'people' would have 12 tabs jan-dec, month would have 5 tabs with the people's name as tab name.
The heading's in each column would be identical, but I want 'month' to be able to read the data in each row going by the number in column b which determines the 'people'. Each tab in the month spreadsheet would have the people in a different order.
Apologies if this is confusing, please go easy on me!
