Moving Cell contents with a formula, based on the column value?

    Moving Cell contents with a formula, based on the column value?

    I want to move a cell value to a next cell further down in the same row, without dragging it i.e using a formula.

    cell A1: 19/02/2013, move this to cell Y1, at the same time I also want the date to adjust with the number of cells I moved.

    Any help would be much appreciated!
