How to compare columns and return one value if they match

On sheet 2 I have all my reference data - 38 columns and 2559 rows, starting from cell B2 (not including column and row names). What I would like to be able to do is paste in a whole column of data to sheet 1 and if that column matches any column from sheet 2 (+/- 15% for each cell) then it returns the column name (row 1) of the column that it matches to cell C1 of sheet 1. (NB all values are formatted as percentages).

Not sure if this is possible using some kind of lookup funtion which can compare whole columns rather than just lookup a single cell.

    Thanks very much

    To Attach a Workbook:
    1. Click on Go Advanced
    2. In the frame Attach Files you will see the button Manage Attachments
    3. Click the button.
    4. A new window will open titled Manage Attachments - Excel Forum.
    5. Click the Browse... button to locate your file for uploading.
    6. This will open a new window File Upload.
    7. Once you have located the file to upload click the Open button. This window will close.
    8. You are now back in the Manage Attachments - Excel Forum window.
    9. Click the Upload button and wait until the file has uploaded.
    10. Close the window and then click Submit

    You mean something like this?

I made 2 solutions, one solution using lots of helper cells and one single cell solution.
The single cell solution actually turned out pretty well, looks like this:
    Formula: copy to clipboard
