How do you end military times in column to 'total minutes'

Was asked to submit the excel file to show request. Hope it comes thru OK...

    Here is the original question:

Need to be able to take a column that has times entered in military format (7:10:56) and have the cell at the bottom give the amount of total time in minutes (28 minutes).

Is there a formula to help me do that?

Thanks in advance for any help with this problem.
