Autofill formula at regular intervals in column

Hello there. I've been struggling with this formula for the last couple of days and, now that I have managed to get it right, I need to copy it down at regular intervals.

I apologize for my Excel being in Portuguese, but I'll walk you through what everything means.
This sheet has hourly measurements of temperature between 14-12-2012 and 21-02-2013. What I am trying to do is, from the hourly measurements of temperature, have only the average temperature between 5 and 9 AM. I managed to work out the formula for that, but the issue now is really completing the whole column for each day. I tried repeating the formula in a couple more cells to see if I could just use autofill afterwards. I thought Excel would assume that my formula should be repeated at regular intervals (24 measurements per day), but it just skips one cell when I drag it.
For example, in this case (14-12-2012), the hourly measurements are between cells B3 and B26 and, if I drag it down to calculate the average of the next day, it will just move 1 cell down, selecting the cells between B4 and B27, while I wanted it to select the cells B27-B50.
I have no idea of how to get around this. MÉDIA is the AVERAGE function, while SE is the IF function. The locked J's are just the intervals between which Excel calculates de average temperature.
    Is this description understandable?
Thank you very much in advance. Normally I wouldn't be asking for help, but I've been banging my head around the office the whole day and came up with nothing.
