Excel Formula for counting days (cell contains text as well which will need to be excluded

Is it possible to create a formula which will count the number of days in a cell which also contains text? For example the cell contains the following information

    Interest Accrual 07/07/2009 to 05/08/2009

The formula would return 30 (there are 30 days from 07/07/2009 to 05/08/2009).

    Thanking you in advance

The formula will work if your data structure is in the same format as below

    In A1 cell
    Interest Accrual 07/07/2009 to 05/08/2009

    In B1 cell
    Formula: copy to clipboard

Yeah sorry I noticed that before and should have marked it as solved. Will keep that in mind in future.
