Calculating time worked per transaction per user user per day and qty of lines picked

Hi,

Please Help , i need to create a formula that work out the user's time worked between transaction of scanners for each day between times 9:30am to 12:00pm & 14:00pm to finish also to dertemin the qty of line picked in this time .

The fields i do have are 'Qty Line ' ,'Date','Time','User' .

I realy need help and am not sure were to start .

Welcome to the forum,
Some tips :
Attach a sample workbook. Make sure there is just enough data to make it clear what is needed. Include BEFORE/AFTER sheets if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate. Remember to desensitize the data.

Click on GO ADVANCED and use the paperclip icon to open the upload window.

I need to make the layout look similiar to that in the Pick Effiency spreadsheet but as you will see even that is still a complicated layout to explain for example in a managment meeting .
