using a vlookup to match data >0 between two worksheets

We have been working on a spreadsheet to bring in automation to speed things up with the process of the job when using this and within the formulas we found the longest time duration is spent on something which appears to be simple when thinking of it before breaking it out in to a formula. the purpose of the formula we are looking to figure out is to bring information from one worksheet onto another when a quantity is more than zero, >0. Our problem is the ultimate location is not formatted the same as the location we are gathering the information from, IE: colum do not match in order. The typical final location will only have 30 lines of information but the source has over 900 line items. We think we can use a vlookup with match an index however, we have not been able to search for the next non 0 line item. please help

please note that when the quantity is found as >0 the line items on the end location will need rows populated with a match of the source locations, example: quantity will be populated if >0, =if "">0 then y32 (unit) will need to be populated from source of the >0 object.

I have attached an example of the spread sheet all rows on source will need to be moved to their appropriate location on the end location sheet, i had to break this down to a very basic crude example for privacy reasons.
