    Multi-conditional lookup

    Hi All,

I'm having a problem regarding on this multi-conditional lookup for data.

In the attached file, in Sheet2, I have this table with names and dates tables.
I just want to search the date on Sheet1 and then lookup the name and the Productivity Percentage and then paste it in Sheet2 with the correct date and name. Sorry for my bad english. Thanks in advance

To be more clearier. heres the example.

    Sheet2:
    Name Week 1
    Feb1 Feb 2 Feb 3 Feb 4 Feb5
    Amores Jr, Matias 216.25%
    Aviles, Arloene 246.82%

    Re: Multi-conditional lookup

The sheet1 Column-A names are not same like sheet2 column-A names

In Sheet2 - Amores Jr, Matias
In Sheet1 - Matias Amores Jr

    Re: Multi-conditional lookup

In sheet1 insert a column in the starting
and paste the formule into Cell A3

    =IFERROR(IF(B3,B3),A2)
    and drag this down

now use your formula with column A reference
