Filtering Multiple Columns Containing Specific Text/Characters

This is probably pretty simple but I have not been able to figure it out yet. I have a spreadsheet with several columns, two of which I need to run a filter against. One column is called Summary* and the other is called Request Assignee.

Under Summary* I want show those that contain ~NS~ and under Request Assignee I want to show anything that is called Unassigned. The end result should show records that have either ~NS~ or Unassigned. I've been able to filter to show one or the other but not both at the same time. I have attached some sample data.

    Any help is much appreciated.

To further add to this, because of the way this spreadsheet is done I would prefer to just add a column at the end which returns a TRUE on those records that have ~NS~ or Unassigned and then just use the Auto Filter. I have tried using =OR but I'm not sure how to get it to find partials and to include the tilde (ie. ~NS~)
