Conditional formatting across two worksheets

Hi
Hope someone can help.

Using conditional formatting I am trying to get background colour to turn green in "minutes declared output" work sheet if "model output" worksheet is >=0.5 for all the columns.

For example, cell "minutes declared output!B4" should be clear as "model output!B4" is less than 0.5. However, "minutes declared output!B5" needs to be green. I need to do this for all coloums in the worksheet.
