Lookup Based on multiple data validation lists

Hi Everyone!!!

I have a number of lists.. Now I want to have multiple Data Validation Lists but each Data Validation List is populated based on the Choice of the previous Data Validation List....

Can this be done..... There's an attachment of a mock file....

Adding also that the choices should be

B11: Boy or Girl
C11: Red/Green/Blue/Yellow regardless of B11?
D11: Based on both B11 & C11?
E11: Based on B11?

a rule: all choices available for validation must be vertical, not horizontal
