Formulae for shortening sentences please!!!! Help

Morning Guys,

Please I need help in figuring out if there is a formulae to shorten sentences in excel to no more than 10 characters. Rather than the formulae focusing only characters, I want it to round off the end of the sentence see below as an example.

Cell A1 = This Lady Can Type

(using a formulae) Cell A2 should return = This Lady (not focusing solely on 10 characters)

The problem I have here is that I want the formulae to rather than focus on the 10 characters, I want it round off the sentence(less than 10 characters) and not just trim 10 characters.
