    error tracing #REF!

    Hello

    =SUMIF(TIME,($A8*1000000)+B$7,DATA_GROSS)/1000

In this formula what is DATA_GROSS I don't know what its referencing. This is normally a really large workbook but the formula looks as if its referencing the same sheet. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

    Thank you

    Hi,

Data_Gross is the name that at some stage has been applied to a range or a constant. (As has the name 'Time')

Look in the Formulas Name Manager area. However since this shows an error it's not possible to know to which range or constant it originally applied. My guess is that there was at some stage another sheet which contained a column of data that was named Data_Gross.

Time and Data... are named ranges but it looks like you copied that sheet from elsewhere and left the ranges behind.

Thanks for the quick response, yah this workbook has a ton of sheets but I didn't see the '! which would lead me to think that it was referencing another sheet. I looked in the name manager tab like you said and there it was... This is my first time encountering a formula with a name or opening the Name manager, I have a lot to learn... Problem solved, Thank you very much
