Highlight rows if A matches but B is different

I have looked all over multiple forums to try and find a forumla or way to use conditional formatting to set this up but I cannot find anything.

I have data in to seperate ranges, Column A duplicates in each, Column B may or may not change. What I need is when A matches but B changed, I need 1 or both rows to be highlighted.

This is an example of what I have now.
    Untitled-2.jpg

This is what I want it to look like after the formula/ formatting
    Untitled-1.jpg

In this example what I would like to see is Row 3 and/or Row9 highlighted.
(Cell B3 and/or B9 being highlighted would work as well)

Any help I can get would be greatly appreciated.

The attached spreadsheet shows exactly what I want. But how did you get it to highlight those cells? I went over the whole worksheet and can't find any formulas or conditional formatting. I appreciate the help.

    P.S.
I do have Excel for my Mac, but I'm doing this on Excel 2007 for PC right now.

Ah gotcha, I am not at all familiar with macros

Is there any way you would be willing to do a quick runthrough of how I apply it to my worksheet?

although the easiest way is to copy/paste YOUR worksheet into the sample worksheet and correct the ranges and columns, I galdly walk you through to install the macro into your worksheet.

For that I would need the actual and detailed layout of your worksheet... just a couple of lines

Ok here is an example of the layout. I left in the spaces for the cells I deleted to show the full range.

OK so where can one look for changes, is that the only range?

    Sorry,
The scond range starts at the bottom of the first, it's about 400 rows down.

I suggest that the comparing range is in another tab
Ialready adapted the code to work on the workbook presented.
