How to find the number of people also take part in another game?

Good morning.

I just got a tricky question to ask. To make it easy to explain, I attached a sample file here. Basically, you can see some people also participate in other games. So the question is to count how many do other games for a particular game. If we can also list those 'overlapping' names, that will be perfect

Hi Sixthsense, thanks for the formula. But there is a problem there with your method. Game 1 has a total of 7 people, but only 6 are there in the other games. But your formula showed a value of 7, which is not 6

Your file calculation mode is set to manual it's working fine for me.

I tried again, the result is still 7 for cell B12. The right answer should be 6. As you can see, there is only a total of 7 people for game 1, and 'Stephen' does not do other games.

So the right answer is 6.
