Custom vlookup or dependent Naming method

here is what i want to do

    Table is defined size 50x10
    Rows: 50
    Col: 10

    i need to

"get value from a cell lets say b3 (not included in table)
compare it with table column 2 (vlookup only supports comparison with the left most column - not the desired column)
    if true
get value of the table col 8
    compare with the string
    if true
get the value from column 6 and adds in C3"

according to me i think i might get what i want if
    - i can get vlookup to compare with the desired column.
-or i can make tables inside the tables (i-e table depending on the main table)
    {
like master table is defined 50x10
so i can define slave tables only defining column range from the master table (like col 5-8 of the master table or sheet)
but rows are same as of master table. (so i can change the size of master table (only rows) and every other Slave table resized automatically)

    any help would be appreciated

Your exolanation ends with circular reference(b3). Starting cell and destination cell shuold be different.

Please post a sheet showing what you have already achieved and where it goes wrong
