Excel logic formula--HELP!!! Please and Thanks!

    Formula: =IF((((E15-D15)+(G15-F15))*24)>8,8,((E15-D15)+(G15-F15))*24)

Day IN OUT subtotal non-exempt hrs REG
    Friday3/7/2013 12:30 PM 4:00 PM 4 3.50
    Total hours 3.50 3.50

Attempting to calculate hours of time worked, yet subtotal column seems to have a round function on the cell. The REG column is simply an =to subtotal column and it calculates correctly. How do I remove?

To changing the format of H15 to be the same as I15.

Select I15, click on "format painter" (above column B) then select H15
