Is there a formula like MAXIF? I mean i need to get the maximum value given sets of criteria. Or we can do VLOOKUP but it will get the max value?

In H1 type the date. 19/03/2013
Then use this ARRAY formula.
=MAX(IF(C5:C11="Rafael, Sandra",IF(A5:A11=H1,I5:I11)))
