Week over week calculation

I am trying to calculate a week over week comparison starting from a specific date, not today. There will also be 1-2 criteria as well. Not sure if this would be a sumifs formula or not. One of the total calculation formula I am using is - =SUMIFS(Metrics!J:J,Metrics!D:D,A6,Metrics!B:B,A7)

I need to modify this to only calculate a 7 day range before a specific date (E1)
