Red face Conditional formanting-remove the rules

Hi everybody, please tell me how i can delete a many rules installed in one single cell (over 100) from conditional formatting,i want to avoid a big job deleting rule by rule..if it is possible off course..

One question connected with above, when we have a list of rules, which one has a priority to be execute,is this the rule at the top of the list?

Thank you a lot for reading my question.

alezi, if you click on ..... ah, sorry - you're using Excel 2003, which I'm not familiar with (I don't recall the layout/menu-structure for CF in that version.) You certainly should, however, be able to delete all CF at once.

And as far as I know, the top rule has priority.
    Brendan.
