problem with the use of MOD formula

please help me out.i only know how to use this when um required to provide reminder but now is a different story here is my problem.

i have just uploaded an excel screenshot to see what i am talking about.
in cell 24 a cash amount should be calculated using the MOD function to be the last four digits of the id( ID NO 201206300)

also if the amount tendered is less than the total, the change field should show "NOT ENOUGH CASH" otherwise it show the proper change.

please help me that's the only question i have don't know how to use this formal in this kind of scenario

Please upload a workbook or a representative cut down copy, anonymised if necessary. It is always easier to advise if we can see your request in its context.

Show a before and after situation and if it's not blindingly obvious how you have arrived at your results some explanatory notes as well.
