Return value if value is bigger than 0, from specific range of dates, how?

Hi, i have a range of dates, and i need to check in another sheet of excel if there was any value bigger than zero in those range of dates, if there was a value, i need it to return the value (as marked in the second coloumn) and the date that is written next to it on the 1st coloumn.

Could you please help me? i'm trying to figure it out by myself for three days, without any success.
