SUMPRODUCT or COUNTIFS to Return Sum of Numbers Meeting Year and Part Number?

I'm currently using the equation below, in Column G of the table, to sum the quantity of each part number according to year.

=SUMPRODUCT(--(YEAR($B$4:$B$8)=G3),$C$4:$C$8)

The problem with the above equation is that I have to manually enter it into each cell in Column G and adjust the ranges for each part number. This is okay to do for smaller data sets but is inefficient.

I tried playing with SUMIFS using multiple criteria but the date is throwing me off. What can I use in order for me to use one equation for all part numbers.
