Have you tried using the COUNTIFS function?
yes. but for me it's so complicated. would "jaggeh" please.... attach the solution...!
If jaggeh just tells you what to do, you will never learn.
I suggest that you use the excel help facility to LEARN how to use the countif() function. then IF that doesnt work for you, explain why it did not work, and what you need to happen
