Lookup two item code and package size, return price for match

I would like to have the program find items that match the same item code and pakage size on the Template tab and AFF130 tab and then based on finding a two way match, copy a value from the AFF130 tab to the Template tab.

Specifically - the Template tab column B item or product code and Template tab column D package code has a match on the AFF130 tab. I'd like for Excel to find the match on teh AFF130 tabWinnipeg dealer list tpk.xlsxand then return the price from column O on the AFF130 tab to the appropriate place on Column E of the Template tab.

I am not a programmer, have tried various IF, AND, LOOKUP functions but am not getting anything to work and I need to ahve it done by late tomorrow. Any and all help would be appreciated.

look at this file. some of the codes no not exist

We are getting close - instead of summing the two prices for the same item, I want it to return just the one price for the respective package size (a lot of 25kg). Does that make sense?

As an example, the first item 502322 in 25 kg should return a price of $404.00

I had to clean the packaging info to standarized it first (that is a must!!)
