PLEASE HELP - Create the approriate function

I am trying to create a dynamic dashboard when the Month changes in cell A2 it will vlookup the tech name and retrieve the data for that tech for the month. I have attached my sample table. I am looking for some help to accomplish this for the first tech in (B4) Total % Remedy Tickets, and I should be able to complete the rest.
I have created some table names as well to simply my vlookups. I am completely lost on where to start. This is my first post, I appologize in advance if my post is out of forum

Hi NoJokenVA,

Try this formula in B4: =INDEX($B$20:$M$30,MATCH($A4,$A$20:$A$30,0),MATCH(LEFT($A$2,3),$B$19:$M$19,0))

Then copy to the rest of the cells...

NoJoken, for future reference, please name your thread to something more meaningful, that actually describes your problem.

Because thread titles are used in searching the forum it is vital they be written to accurately describe your thread content or overall objective using ONLY search friendly key words. That is, your title used as search terms would return relevant results.

Many members will look at a thread title, and if it is of interest to them, or it falls within their area of expertese, they might only open those threads.

Look at it this way...if you typed that title into google, what would you expect to get back?
1. Use code tags for VBA.
Your Code
(or use the # button)
2. If your question is resolved, mark it SOLVED using the thread tools
3. Click on the star if you think someone helped you
