Match dates and names

Hello All
On sheet 1 of the attached spreadsheet i have data around 120,00 row long and cols from A to BB.
Colunm C & A has names & dates in chronological order,sheet 2 consists of a shorter list with the same format with todays date only.
I would like to exactly match the names on sheet 2 with the last date occurence of those on sheet 1,the results being given in sheet 2.Some names will have no match and therfore left as is.On sheet 3 i have shown the data as it should be after matching,i have coloured the data in sheet 2 for clarity only.Due to space this is a short example of the full spreadsheet.Many thanks for help given.
