Replacing a 'minus figure' with a zero

I'm trying to get a cell (B8) to display a '0' or the word 'Nil' when a minus figure is arrived at with the formula =SUM(B6-B9) i.e if B6 contains £7392.00 and B9 contains £12,320.00, I need '0' or 'Nil' to display rather than -£4928.00 any ideas please??

    =MAX(B6-B9,0)
FYI, you do not need SUM when you are performing mathematical operations such as B6-B9, the formula would just be =B6-B9

    You could try:

    =IF((B6-B9)<0,"Nil",B6-B9)
