Display Results in a new worksheet based on Criteria Data

I have a worksheet with information in several columns. I would like to display all that information on a new worksheet based on certain column data results

Example

NAME PREPARED RELEASED ACCEPTED EXTENSION
Smith, Alan p/p 4/5/13 4/5/13
Smith, Janet ext
Smith, Robert p/p 3/15/13 3/16/13
Smith, Alex p/p 3/20/13 3/20/13
Smith, Fran
Smith, Laurie
Smith, Melissa p/p 4/1/13 4/1/13

I would like to have another worksheet display the results if:
If Column B = p/p
and
If Column E = ext

I would like the new worksheet to update every time I open the file, so if data is entered on the original worksheet, it will update the RESULTS worksheet

Is this possible? If so, what function would I use?
