menu recipes and multiple stok drawing

Hi all

Wonder if any of you have an answer for my present chalenge:

I'm doing an exercise in kitchen recipes with several elements on the main stock sheet.
What should I do if want one of my finished dishes on the sales sheet, to draw automatically all its elements from the main stock sheet, when sold?

Can't do much without an example spreadsheet, but look into using Name Manager and defining names for each of your dishes with the defined range to be the elements.
