    IF sheet 1 contains the names stored on A1, A2, A3 etc

    Than sheet 2 should be

    A1 =SheetName!A1
    A2 =SheetName!A2
    Etc etc

    Hope it will work.

    I simulated the problem in file. Is that what you want. Sheet 2 pulls the names in Sheet1

    Hi AZ-XL

    Thank you for your response.

    But my query is if I add a new unique name in sheet A then that name gets automatically pulled in sheet B but if the name inserted is similar to the names earlier names then the name will not get pulled to sheet B as it is the repetative name. Can you suggest something for this

    Actually my file does what yoou want. Try to add new name to Sheet1 and see the result in Sheet2. Column in Sheet2 takes only unique names what is inside that table in Sheet1.

    Is there any special care which needs to be taken the file you have send contains array since the file would have other information as well. So will it affect them

    For 100% I cannot say that it will not affect. Why dont you upload your file here. Or simulate it.
