    Adding a dropdown list of names

    I was wondering if there is an easier way to add 2 seperate dropdown list of names instead of just putting them on the main sheet?...

    Yes.

    Just use data validation and put the range on another sheet. (see attached)

    you can also hide the sheet containing the menu (names) and you can name the range...make the range grow to match any size list w/o editing ... etc. there are many examples of ways to make 'data validation' work.

    The attached example is a simple place to start.
