Please I need a formula, to search in the cell link (true or false)
If it found the cell = true, then the result will be correspondent value of the grades
Example:
IF the value is true in the Poor, the result will be 1
IF the value is true in the Fair, the result will be 2
IF the value is true in the Good, the result will be 3
IF the value is true in the V.Good, the result will be 4
IF the value is true in the Excellent, the result will be 5
May be this...

Perhaps in J5, this ARRAY formula. Copy down and across.

Because this file will be checked each quarter, so the 1st time is the 1st quarter, and 2nd time is the 2nd quarter
