Extracting or filtering last 10 entries of each name in list

Hi there,
I’d like a formula that will extract or filter only the last 10 entries of each name in column N (some names may not have as many as 10 entries)
I’ve attached a small sample of what the data looks like.

sorry a formula to do this will not work, you need to use VBA or just manually sort

Ahh ok Scott. The list is thousands of rows long so it's impractical to sort it manually every week and my eyes glazed over when you mentioned VBA.

i need a column helper to indicate start and end position from data source .
(all folrmula base on column analysis and helper column)
