I have one very long strand of numbers. How can I separate them into 10 cells?

I have long strands of data I need to separate for research I am doing. They can vary in length somewhat but all of generally this pattern:
    32815.650108-11.20011140.460064-119.959075-87.089020181.7597000.007629589.441074361.643533
I need each strand that appears as above, to be separated as below:
    328 15.650108 11.200111 40.460064 119.959075 87.089020 181.759700 0.007629 589.441074 361.643533

Over 500 of these strands makes up one trial of data, and I need to do 48 trials, so manually removing hyphens is impossible in the time frame I have, so if at all possible could that be automatically removed as well? I know nothing about excel and need help!! Also, I don't really understand your little " things so if you could explain how to manipulate the formula as needed, that would be helpful. Anything anyone can do would be greatly appreciated...

This worked. Thank you. I also realized that it was most effective to simply import the files from another text file I found which had spaces and allowed for separation that way.

    Thank you all.
