Trying to unify multiple different formats of phone numbers

Hello, my first post on this forum

I have been looking for an answer to my problem but havent been able to find one, so the problem is the following:

First I will list the various formats and their should be formats:
040-1234567 = 0401234567 ( the "-" between area code and the number removed)
00358401234567 = The "00358" should be replaced with 0
401234567 = Missing 0, should be added
+358401234567 = "+358" replaced with a 0

The area codes aint always 3 digits long, they can be anything between 2 and 4 digits, but always start with a SINGLE 0 (except with the international countrycode). And all the phone numbers contain 7-11 digits in total, with the areacode. The international countrycode makes an exception to this aswell, and could make the number in the worst case 15 digits long in total.

Hopefully I was able to explain my problem understandably and might be able to get some assistance on this

The most cases can be done with search&replace (ctrl+h).
1. search for - and replace with nothing
2. Seach all of the countrycodes and replace them with 0, do the case 4. first
3. modify the macro and let it take care of the missing zero
