    Re: Search By Keywords

    hi sixthsense,
thank you for your quick response. you solve my problem!
I have no issue when I enter the other keywords, but when I key in the keyword "Sebelum" the name of title do not appear
and just one "0" appear in H4 cell. Can you tell me why it happen like that? did I do something wrong?
and hope to get some explanation from you about the formula because sometimes I could not understand excel help.
Sorry because I am not so good in using excel formula.
again, thank you for your help!

    Re: Search By Keywords

    Hello,

The reason is that, if you look up the keyword "Sebelum" in the list of keywords, you will see the cell next to it is Empty, thus returning the value "0"
You can try this Array formula
Please Login or Register to view this content.
When you enter it, hold Ctrl-Shift and hit Enter
Now you can type in any word that you think will be in a name of an article, you don't have to specifically choose a word in your keywords list.
    See the sample attached

    Hope this help.

Edit: You will have to type in the exact word with upcase and lowcase letter, like entering "Tip" and "tip" will return different results ... This is inconvenient ...

Edit 2: All credit goes to Sixthsense for pointing out that when I used SEARCH instead of FIND, it ignores case sensitivity. I have changed the attached file and the formula above.

    Re: Search By Keywords

Not sure what you meant, the "+1" and "-3" belong to "ROW($D$3:$D$733)-ROW($D$3)+1" and "ROW()-3" respectively, and they belong to parts of 2 smaller formula - The first one being IF and the second one being SMALL. You can think of it as changing value depending on the results / the row which the formula is in.
