Problem with copying formulae with selected cells

I have an excel file consisting of selling items and material code and name, in order to arrive at the cost
using vlookup and iserror I get the cost from say country a and b

Now I have created the sheet for country and updated the material list for country b
I can copy down the material price down using the adv filter.
however when I cant copy (Highlighted in yellow)

Overheads cost as varies from item to item
and net cost

Can any body suggest me an advanced filter or formulaes to copy this down and do in instant manner

I am using advanced filter to select only overheads for the all the items


Over heads are 5% of the cost of the item now that differs from item to item and sometime there are six materials some time 8 some time 3. So no regularity in over heads.
however material required in each country is same.
So for example I will copy the cell with data from e9 and i want to paste it in i9 it is working all right.
however when i copy this formula to all the other cells it selects only the values not the formulaes
similar issue with the total costs.

i have more than 10000 rows. in which overheads rows are about 500.
So doing this manually will take me two or three days to complete this file.
When i filter these overheads. i want to copy only overheads data from column e to column i. if i do this manually. it works ok.
however when i do this using drop down to copy formula. it does not work

I am sorry Dilip I am so far unable to explain u what i needed. I thank u for ur patience. let me have another go at it.

if there is no formulas. I will have to go filter the data only for overheads and then i will copy one cell say e9 and paste it on i9 then the second cell will be e21 copy and paste it on i21 and so on and so forth. for the all 1000 items.

I tried copy formula but it return absoulete values not the formula that i am looking for.
