    Help with nested lookups

Hi, this is my first posting. I'm hoping someone can help me! I have a workbook in Excel 2010 with multiple sheets where I need to find the value from one sheet that matches 2 criteria and put it into the 2nd sheet. Here's a mockup of the first sheet:

    ID Acct A Acct B Acct C Acct D

    123 345.33 2134.00 333.22 23421.00
    567 200.00 1234.00 4567.15 7892.00
    645 599.13 233.22 7788.00 941.77

Then on the 2nd sheet I have the following:

    Account ID

    Acct A 123
    Acct B 123
    Acct C 123
    Acct D 123
    Acct A 567
    Acct B 567
    Acct C 567
    Acct D 567
    Acct A 645
    Acct B 645
    Acct C 645
    Acct D 645

I want to put the dollar amounts in the 3rd column in the 2nd worksheet that correspond to each unique combination of ID and Account. I've tried about 50 pivot tables and can't get that to work, and I'm wondering if some nested lookup or if function could give me the desired result? I hope this makes sense...!

    To Attach a Workbook:
    1. Click on Go Advanced
    2. In the frame Attach Files you will see the button Manage Attachments
    3. Click the button.
    4. A new window will open titled Manage Attachments - Excel Forum.
    5. Click the Browse... button to locate your file for uploading.
    6. This will open a new window File Upload.
    7. Once you have located the file to upload click the Open button. This window will close.
    8. You are now back in the Manage Attachments - Excel Forum window.
    9. Click the Upload button and wait until the file has uploaded.
    10. Close the window and then click Submit
