How to bring back the latest contents of a cell into a summary page based on recent month

Hi,

I have a spreadsheet showing peoples latest update over the 4 qtrs in a year. I am summarising this and want to bring back the latest information in the most recent cell in the summary page against each user in a table format and disregard the previous qtr update?

I am not sure how to do this?

Thanks for replying to my message.

I have attached the spreadsheet as requested.

So to explain:

Each employee would update their level of expertise into their own spreadsheet so for example TK would update ''TK Prod_Serv View' with his update for QTR and then for the most recent QTR this would be automatically updated into 'Prod_Service Matrix' against the column for TK.
3. This will be done every QTR?
Each team member will populate the level they are in that prouct/service area each QTR of the year in Fiscal months and the latest date only will be populated for that person against the right product. So for example for TK in QT4 he is an expert now in e-Tom Implementation so for QT3 will be overwritten automatically in 'Prod_Service Matrix' sheet for TK.

So to recap. Only columns A,B and C in 'Prod_Service Matrix' will show in the individual tabs for the team members to populate their expertise and then the status of these work sheets to populate the main worksheet 'Prod_Service Matrix'.

The main sheet to bring back the results are 'Prod_Service Matrix' and as an example one employee would be ''TK Prod_Serv View' .

So whatever TK has for the most recent QTR of expertise should be automatically updated into the main sheet as above under the column for TK.

So eg for e-TOM implementation for TK in QTR 1 he is Basic and then for QTR 2 he would be Intermediate. In the main 'Prod_Service Matrix' for QTR 1 in column G for (TK) against the line for e-TOM implementation it would be 'Basic' in Cell G11 updated automatically after TK fills in his sheet 'TK Prod_serv View'.

Does that make sense?

sorry I have looked at the formula and updated the table but it does not bring back the most recent entry and it does not seem anywhere to show in the main spreadsheet the current QTR is?
